MOTION 2350 Pro Advanced Pi Controller

In this small review we would talk about MOTION 2350 Pro is an advanced microcontroller for our Pi pcs and it’s been designed to provide both beginner and intermediate users with a powerful platform for building advanced robots while minimizing the complexities of electronics. This board leverages the newly introduced Raspberry Pi RP2350 processor, making it ideal for those focused on mechanics and robotics.

Key Features

This small controller does many things amazingly for your tiny Pi PC. We have listed some of the greatest feats it comes with. But again, hey, we should use it to find it.

Powered by Raspberry Pi RP2350

Featuring a dualcore Arm CortexM33 processor, the board operates at a frequency clock of 150 MHz and is equipped with 520 KB of internal RAM and 2 MB of Flash memory.

Robot Controller Board

The board comes equipped with four DC motor drivers, each with quick test buttons, as well as support for up to eight servo motors. It also includes eight 3V GPIO breakout pins.

Input Power Options

Power the board via the VIN terminal (3.6V to 16V) or USB TypeC (5V).

Motor Support

Each DC motor driver channel supports a continuous current of 3A and can handle peak currents of up to 5A.

LED Status Indicators & Buttons

The board has 24 status indicator LEDs—8 for the servo ports, 8 for the 3V GPIO breakout, and 8 for the DC motor drivers. Additionally, it includes 12 push buttons, with 8 quick test buttons for DC motors, 2 user buttons, a BOOT button, and an RST button for reset. Includes 3 Maker Ports, 2 RGB LEDs (Neopixel compatible), a USB host port, a piezo buzzer with a mute switch, and an On/Off switch with a MOSFET shockproof circuit.

Preloaded with CircuitPython

The board comes preloaded with CircuitPython but also supports programming languages such as MicroPython, C/C++, and soon Arduino.
